Business Meeting

Our National Convention, or Triennial, is the time when The Order holds our business meeting. Delegates gather from across the country to have their voice heard. Proposed changes to The Order's Bylaws and nominees for National Council are items that will be voted on.

I. Proposed Changes to Bylaws

The proposed changes to Bylaws will be voted on at Triennial 2024. Delegates should discuss these proposed changes with the entity they are representing to prepare how she should vote in June.

The Bylaws Committee held a virtual meeting on May 9, 2024 to discuss any questions Daughter's had about the proposed bylaw changes, the process, and how to make a motion.

II. Nominees for National Council

The National Council is the governing body that conducts the business of The Order during the triennium. Please review the biographies before Triennial, be present to hear each nominee speak at the business meeting Triennial, and be prepared to vote. III. Mandate for the Self Denial Fund

We believe The Order is called to re-envision the Self Denial Fund and have taken the opportunity to do so during this past 2-year term. A new mandate will be voted on at our national assembly in 2024. Click here for detailed information.
