To make an online donation:

As an individual Daughter

Sign In to your profile so the donation is recorded as part of your membership record.
Complete the rest of the form as indicated.

As a chapter, diocesan assembly or provincial assembly

You must not be in your individual profile. Click Sign Out at the top of the page if you are signed in. (If there is no Sign Out link, then you are not signed in.)
Indicate the chapter, diocesan assembly or provincial assembly in the “Organization” field in the “Donor Information” section of the form. Also add a note in the Gift Acknowledgement for Honoree/Note, indicating the donation is for.
Complete the rest of the form as indicated.

There is a $25 minimum donation requirement for online donations; however, you can make a donation for any amount by calling the national office at 770-517-8552 or by mailing a check.

The Cardholder stated above has authorized this payment. If this payment is part of a recurring series of payments, the Cardholder understands the terms and amounts of those recurring payments, and authorizes payment for each of them. Cardholder consent will expire once all scheduled recurring payments have been processed, or if all future recurrences are cancelled. The Cardholder acknowledges that specific payment dates may vary.
