The Strategic Plan Companion

A big part of the implementation process is for all of us to join in a “shared visioning” of The Order. A shared vision is a picture that every Daughter has in their hearts and minds. A shared vision helps to remind us that we are not only a part of this beautiful worldwide sisterhood, but we are invested in its vision.  We all want to see The Order grow and thrive. Essentially, the shared vision helps to reignite us! How can we unite around this shared visioning? Join us by prayerfully considering the goals of the strategic plan using the Strategic Plan Companion as a guide.

The Strategic Plan Companion is a beautiful, spiritually rich document that explores in depth the importance of each goal and offers ideas for us to achieve them. Through prayer, Scripture, reflection questions, and homework, each of the exercises will renew, revive and reignite us and The Order. It asks challenging, thought-provoking questions and seeks your creative input to help us reach our goals.

By having a discussion about where we are and where we want to be, the Strategic Plan Companion will enable us to have a conversation about The Order all across The Order. It will also help us all to grow in faith and love, no matter where we are on our spiritual journeys. We encourage you to use the Strategic Plan Companion with your chapter.
