The documents below provide guidance for all members of The Order in regards to our policies and procedures.
Cross Policy
This policy provides information for all members of The Order - Senior, Junior, and International, with clear guidance on how to obtain, wear and ultimately dispose of their cross through resignation or death.
Dues Assistance Policy
This policy takes effect on January 1, 2026. The Order is a community of women who care for one another with
love through every season of life. Part of that care includes supporting
Daughters who may need help paying their dues. To make this process
easier to understand and more consistent, the National Council has
updated the Dues Assistance Policy and Procedures. These revisions
clarify the steps to request support and clearly distinguish between

Expense Reimbursement Policy
As a member of the National Council or as a volunteer
conducting work at the national level, your travel expenses to council meetings and other
meetings the National President requests you attend in support of the work of The Order will be
either paid or reimbursed through the Expense Statement in accordance with this policy.
Funds Policy
This policy provides the description, purpose, and processing of each grant/scholarship-providing Fund of The Order.
Policies for the Junior Daughters
These policies provide continuity among and guidance for Junior chapters worldwide.
Reconciliation Procedures
These procedures are an orderly, and Scripturally-based, process for resolving differences with and among members of The Order of the Daughters of the King®.
Trademark Policy
The name, The Order of the Daughters of the King® as well as both our senior and Junior crosses are registered trademarks of the United. The document, "The Order of the Daughters of the King® Trademark Policies and Procedures",
establishes the policies and procedures that govern the use of its
registered name and trademarks. This policy applies to all of The
Order’s members and staff at all of its organizational levels. Further,
The Order maintains a licensing program in order to establish a
foundation for promoting and protecting the use of its registered
