Ministry Education Fund Scholarship Application Deadline Extended

The Order is happy to announce the deadline for Ministry Education Fund scholarship applications has been extended to May 31, 2025.

For over one hundred years the Ministry Education Fund has supported women pursuing ministry-related education. Scholarships are awarded to women pursing a church-related career at an accredited university, college, or graduate school and are for degree programs only. The Fund was established as the Master’s Fund in 1922 and renamed the Ministry Education Fund by resolution at The Order’s National Convention held in Louisville, Kentucky, in June 2024. Any woman communicant of the Episcopal Church, or churches in communion with the Episcopal church, or of churches within the Historic Episcopate, but not in communion with it are eligible to apply. In addition to scholarships, the Ministry Education Fund also awards grants year-round for those pursuing continuing education including, but not limited to, programs such as Education for Ministry, Stephen Ministry, Clinical Pastoral Education, and Spiritual Direction certification. Grants are limited to current members of The Order and applications are found online on our website.The ingathering date for the Ministry Education Fund is Pentecost – June 8, 2025. Contributions may be mailed to the national office or made here.
