Zoom Conferencing Available for Diocesan and Provincial Assembly Officers

The Order is happy to announce that we have Zoom Conferencing available for use by our diocesan assembly and provincial assembly officers for their meetings. 

To Schedule a Zoom Meeting:

1. All requests to schedule a conference call through The Order’s Zoom account should be made no later than  3 business days in advance. This will ensure that the office staff will have time to schedule your meeting.
2. To schedule a meeting, email the National Office including all of the information below.  Failure to provide all of the required information will prevent your meeting from being scheduled

• Date of meeting

• Time of meeting

• Duration of meeting (please provide a realistic estimate)

• Email addresses of all participants (unless you plan to distribute the invitation yourself)
  

• A secondary option for a meeting time in the event that your first option is booked

Confirmation of Scheduling:

When your request is received, the National Office will verify that the meeting time is available (meaning no other meeting is scheduled at that time). If the time is available, you and each participant you have listed will receive an invitation to the meeting by email. This email will include all of the information you need to connect to the conference call.
