NOTE: Daughters At Large (DAL) are Daughters in good standing who belong to a church without a chapter. If you attend a parish that has a chapter, you should be a member of that chapter. In the "New Information" section below, list the name and city of the Parish she is currently attending and enter DAL in the Chapter field.
