Sign Into the Member Portal1 - Go to the website: www.doknational.org
2 - Click “Sign In” at the top of the homepage OR Complete the Sign In block on the right side of the homepage under the slideshow.
3 - Sign in using your member login credentials
Your temporary log-in credentials are as follows: (Your Member # can be found on the address label of The Royal Cross magazine.) (The password is case-sensitive, so it is important that you use all lower-case letters.)
4 - When you sign in for the first time, you will be presented with a set of Preferences. We recommend you uncheck the boxes as indicated in the screen shot below and save your settings.
5 - You can then click on the Manage Profile link in order to edit your profile information. Please review all the information that was input into your record and make any changes as necessary.
Note: For security purposes and to maintain the integrity of your information, please change your username and password. Instructions for Changing your Username and/or Password can be found here.
6 - If we have attempted to send you email and the email bounced back to us, you may see this screen. If so, click on the link to update your biographical (profile) information.
Then provide your correct email in the locations identified below.
7 - Before you finalize your updates, the system will require that you provide a middle initial and a Desired Cross Disposition. If you don't have a middle name/initial, please provide "NMI". The system will not let you proceed without providing this information.
8 - Take time to explore the website and its features.
9 - Download and print the Website Brochure to share with other Daughters.
