Keeping Our Sisters in Prayer

I give thanks that many of our DOK sisters have reported in that they are safe.

Prayer is one thing that we can and must do
for those who have suffered because of the hurricanes.

There is also the earthquake in Mexico, as well as a hurricane.

Those in the Caribbean are in dire need of our prayers.

I am on the lookout as we hear more on how to help beyond prayer
especially for those places where the U.S. Government will not render aid.

All of us are needed. We cannot do everything but together we can do much.

My heart hurts for those who are suffering and
my spirit is made joyful by helping.

Please note that UPS has notified the National Office of shipment disruptions to areas affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma and the subsequent flooding. If you are expecting a package from the National Office and live in these affected areas (check the UPS website for a list of zip codes), be aware that the delivery will be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience. As soon as UPS notifies us that it is safe to resume delivery we will ship out those packages immediately.

We appreciate your understanding during this time.
